At Zelavine, we’re committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the following information regarding order processing, shipping times, and other important details.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed through zelavine.shop are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or if there are issues such as incomplete payment or incorrect shipping details.
  • If we encounter any problems with your order, our support team will contact you at support@zelavine.shop before shipping.

2. Shipping Timeframe

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • After your order is processed, typical delivery takes 6–9 business days.
  • Total delivery time (processing + shipping) is generally 7–14 business days.
  • Please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier issues, or seasonal volume spikes. We will keep you informed if delays arise.

3. Customs & Duties

  • Since we ship exclusively within the U.S., customs duties and import taxes do not apply.
  • If you have questions about local delivery regulations, please contact your local postal service or reach out to us.

4. Shipping Coverage

  • Zelavine ships to all standard U.S. addresses.
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally or to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

5. Order Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

6. Additional Information

  • Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays.
  • Please verify your shipping information at checkout. Zelavine is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or delivery issues related to the shipping carrier.
  • Expedited or priority shipping options are not currently available.
