Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Please read through the details below for more information.
2. Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging
Please Note: Some items, for hygiene and safety reasons, are not eligible for return (e.g., used personal items, opened food products, etc.).
Holiday Purchases: Items bought between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
3. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, the item must meet these conditions:
- It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Certain products, such as opened personal or hygiene items, are not returnable.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal).
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
We offer free exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. Shipping will be covered for defective or damaged items.
5. Shipping & Handling
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
- Prepaid labels will be provided for defective items.
- For non-defective returns, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
- Items that are used, damaged, or washed
- Products that are missing original packaging or tags
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom orders
- Gift cards or digital products
- Returns requested after the 30-day return window
